SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT
This Software License Agreement ("License Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and ManualEnds Technology Corporation which includes computer software and may include associated media, printed materials, and "online" or electronic documentation (the "Software Product"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software Product, you agree to be bound by the terms of this License Agreement. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ANY PART OF THIS LICENSE, DO NOT INSTALL, COPY, OR USE THE SOFTWARE SYSTEM.

Registration
ME Cluster - SDServer is provided under the TRY before BUY concept. Subject to the terms below, you are hereby licensed to use this software for evaluation purposes without charge no more than 30 days. For ordering details, please click on "How To" from the "About" manual of ME Cluster - SDServer. When payment is received you will be sent a Registration Code to turn your Evaluation to Registration version of ME Cluster - SDServer.

PROHIBITIONS
You may not: modify, prepare derivative works from, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise derive source code from the Software Product; copy the Software Product or the accompanying documentation; rent, transfer, disclose, make available or grant any rights in the Software Product (including any accompanying documentation) in any form to any person without the prior written consent of ManualEnds Technology; remove any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the Software Product (including any accompanying documentation); use the Software Product in any manner that infringes the intellectual property or other rights of another party; or use the Software Product to provide on-line or other database services to any other person.

LIMITED WARRANTY
ManualEnds Technology warrants that the Software will perform substantially in accordance with the accompanying printed materials for a period of 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF REGISTRATION RECEIPT. Some country/states/jurisdictions do not allow limitations on duration of an implied warranty, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
