You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use this software. The software may be used or copied only in accordance with the terms of that license, which is described in the following paragraphs.

"THE SOFTWARE" SHALL BE TAKEN TO MEAN THE SOFTWARE CONTAINED IN THIS PACKAGE (AllDay DJ Demo) AND ANY SUBEQUENT VERSIONS UNDER THE SAME MAIN REVISION NUMBER (e.g. 1.1.x) OR UPGRADES RECEIVED AS A RESULT OF HAVING PURCHASED THIS PACKAGE. "USER" SHALL BE TAKEN AS THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER OF THE SOFTWARE.
