The Media Mystics Inform! License Agreement [license]:

Definitions: Inform! refers to a suite of three programs. The programs are I_Design.exe, I_Review.exe,
and I_Secure.exe. A distribution copy of Inform! refers to any and all distribution media (CD ROM, floppy
disks, zip file, or any other media) used to distribute Inform! for installation on a computing device so that
its programs can be run, used, and interacted with to produce, view, or secure multimedia documents.
An Inform! installation refers to the use of a distribution copy of Inform! to render a computing device so
that users of the device can run, use, and interact with the programs.

Inform! is shareware. All distribution copies of Inform! are freely available from a variety of sources.
You are encouraged to freely give any distribution copies of Inform! to anyone. Once a distribution copy
is installed, the user has a fully functional version of all three programs that allow a trial period of forty
(40) days. If satisfied with the product, the trial version can be converted to a permanent installation by
purchase of a registration key.

You should carefully read the following terms and conditions before performing an Inform! installation.
Performing an Inform! installation indicates your acceptance of this license. If you do not agree to any
of the terms of this license, then do not perform an Inform! installation.

You may not sell, rent, or lease this or any other distribution copy of Inform! to any person or entity.
You may not modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or create derivative works
based on Inform! or its component software either on the distribution copy or from an Inform!
installation.

It is unlawful to distribute to anyone permanent installations of Inform! created by any form of
circumvention of the trial period checking technology, or by any technique of registration key generation
that renders a trial version permanent.

This distribution copy of Inform! includes distribution copies of the I_Review program for viewing Inform!
documents created with I_Design. You may freely distribute distribution copies of I_Review without
royalty. Distribution copies of I_Review may be distributed separately or with copies of documents
created with I_Design, even if such documents are for sale.

The distribution copy of Inform! and all accompanying files, data and materials, are distributed `AS IS`
and with no warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied. The user must assume the entire
risk of using the distribution copy to perform an Inform! installation on any computing device, and use of
any of the programs and files on a computing device subsequent to an installation. This disclaimer of
warranty constitutes an essential part of the license.

In no event shall Media Mystics, or, if any, its principals, shareholders, officers, employees, affiliates,
contractors, subsidiaries, or parent organizations, be liable for any incidental, consequential, or punitive
damages whatsoever relating to the use of Inform! or your relationship with Media Mystics.

This document is the complete statement of the license, and merges and supersedes all other or prior
understandings, purchase orders, agreements and arrangements. The laws of the State of California
shall govern this license. Exclusive jurisdiction and venue for all matters relating to this license shall be
in courts and forums located in the State of California, and you consent to such jurisdiction and venue.

All rights of any kind in Media Mystics not expressly granted in this license are entirely and exclusively
reserved to and by Media Mystics.

Without prejudice to any other rights, Media Mystics may terminate this license if you fail to comply with
its above terms and conditions. In such event, you must remove Inform! from all your computing devices
by following the uninstall instructions accompanying Inform!.
