Paying the shareware fee allows you the right to use a single copy of the Software for an unlimited period of time with free upgrades of any future version. You may try the Software for free for up to a limited uses. The Software and its related documentation are provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind and ( MMIV The Kandalu Software ) expressly disclaims all other warranties, expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranty of usability for a particular purpose (iPod manage music). Under no circumstances shall ( MMIV The Kandalu Software ) be liable for any incidental or consequential damages that result from the use or inability to use the Software or related documentation.
