By installing this software you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this agreement.
1. GRANT OF LICENSE
Microforge.net Limited grants you the right to use unlimited copies of the software you are now installing, provided that each installation utilize the same single set of Inventory Manager database. If you wish to install and maintain additional Inventory Manager databases, you are required to obtain a separate license of this software for each of those databases.
2. COPYRIGHT
The software is owned by Microforge.net Limited, and is protected by the Republic of Seycehlles copyright laws and international treaty provisions. You must treat the software as you would any other copyrighted material except that you may copy the software for backup or archival purposes. You may not modify, reproduce or distribute this software without express permission from Microforge.net Limited.
3. OTHER RESTRICTIONS
You may not rent or lease the software, but you may transfer your rights under this agreement on a permanent basis, providing you transfer all copies of the software and all written materials and the recipient agrees to the terms of this agreement. You may not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the software. Any transfer must include the most recent update and all prior versions.
