Any person who wishes to download and use Miraplacid Scripting Components must accept the license agreement, without change.
There are 3 license agreements available for shareware components - Single Server, Web Hoster Multiple Server and Developer Multiple Server. Please choose the appropriate license agreement and review it carefully before using the components.
You can choose different license agreements for different components. You cannot use the same component under more than one license agreement however.
By downloading and using the components, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions of the appropriate license agreement.
Available Licensing options for shareware components.
Single Server Licensing.
If you are going to use Miraplacid Scripting Components on a single web server, you can buy Single Server License for 1, 25, 100 or unlimited domain names (site licenses).
Number of site licenses means quantity of distinct domains could be served by a component on a server.
Components purchased with non-unlimited (1, 25 and 100 sites licenses) option will serve at most mentioned number of domain names (sites) on a server.

Web Hoster Multiple Servers Licensing
If you are web hoster we offer you Web Hoster Multiple Servers License for 5, 20 or 100 servers.
This license allows our clients to use the Components in their products. License does not allow you to install the Components to third-party servers.

Software Developer Multiple Servers Licensing
If you are software developer we offer you Developer Multiple Servers License for 5, 20 or 100 servers.
This license allows you to install the Components on your clients servers together with your software soltions. License does not allow you to install the Components to any third-party servers including your client's servers without your software solution.
Your software solution must use the Components directly. Your clients are not allowed to use the Components otherwise that as a part of your software solution.
