In no event shall MoonLight Software Inc.or anyone else who has been involved in the creation, production, or delivery of the SOFTWARE be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use the SOFTWARE, even if MoonLight Software Inc.has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
The SOFTWARE is provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose. The entire risk arising out of the use of or inability to use the SOFTWARE remains with the user.
The self-extracting executable installation file of the SOFTWARE may be freely copied and distributed without any limitations and by any media in its original unmodified state. No prior consent from MoonLight Software Inc.is necessary.
This is the unregistered and trial version of the SOFTWARE. It is fully functional and its features have not been crippled. You are hereby licensed to freely use it and evaluate it for x days after which period you are legally required to register if you want to continue using this SOFTWARE, or to remove it from your computer. Registration of this version shall entitle you to free upgrades to future releases of the SOFTWARE (the upgrades will be made available for download at our Web site).
A single user license entitles you to use the SOFTWARE on a single computer only. If you want to use the SOFTWARE on more than one computer, you must either seek individual licenses for each computer or purchase a site license or a world-wide license, accordingly.
