END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

CAREFULLY READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT ("AGREEMENT") BEFORE INSTALLING THIS SOFTWARE. IT CONTAINS IMPORTANT TERMS AND CONDITIONS ABOUT YOUR USE AND OUR OBLIGATIONS WITH RESPECT TO THE SOFTWARE. IF YOU ACCEPT AND AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, CLICK "I accept the agreement". IF YOU ARE NOT WILLING TO ACCEPT AND AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, CLICK "I do not accept the agreement".

1. License.
Mophy Software hereby grants to you, and you accept, a limited, nonexclusive license to use this Mophy Accents computer software program in machine-readable, object code form only (the "Software"). Except for the rights specifically granted in this Agreement, Mophy Software retains all right, title and interest (including, without limitation, copyright and other intellectual property rights) in and to the Software. By agreeing to this license, you give permission for the Mophy Accents computer software program to download and automatically install updates to the Mophy Accents computer software program and any other components related to and for the use of the Mophy Accents computer software program as and when they become available without first informing the user. By agreeing to this license you give permission for Mophy Software to monitor the number of and the duration of the trial periods that you use. This data is used to statistical analysis and to provide technical support.

2. Restrictions.
You agree that you will not modify, alter, reverse engineer, decompile or otherwise translate the Software, and that you will not sell the Software. Mophy Accents is NOT freeware, to use the Mophy Accents computer software program after the trial period has elapsed, you must first purchase a license.

3. Term; Termination.
This License Agreement is effective upon your clicking the "Next" button, as described above, and shall continue until terminated. This Agreement shall be terminated automatically if you fail to comply with any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement. This Agreement may also be terminated at any time upon notice from Mophy Software. Upon termination, you agree to destroy the Software (and all copies thereof) and erase any copies residing on computer equipment.

4. No Warranties.
THE SOFTWARE IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE IT AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE AUTHOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.

5. Copyright.
The Software is owned by Mophy Software and/or its licensees, you may not remove the copyright notice from any copy of the Software or any copy of the written materials, if any, accompanying the Software.

6. Transfer of License.
You are free to use the trial version on as many computers as you deem necessary to evaluate the product. You must not distribute the original installation executable in any form and by any means without first obtaining permission from Mophy Software. You must not distribute and license codes or account details relating to your registration to any person or organisational entity in any form or by any means without prior consent of Mophy Software.
