SOFTWARE END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT LICENSE: * This software is protected by United States Copyright Law and international convention, and remains the property of Moraff Games (the Publisher). Moraff Games grants the User a nonexclusive nontransferable license to copy and use the program, data and documentation (the software) in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. * This Evaluation License Agreement grants you a non-exclusive License to use the product for an evaluation period of fourteen (14) days from the date you install the product. On the fourteenth (14) day after you installed the product you must either register the product or remove the product and all related files from your computer. * If you register the software you may install and use the software on no more than two computers that the registrant owns. * The User shall not distribute or use the software (or any part thereof) for any commercial purpose whatsoever without the prior written permission of Moraff Games. * The software may be distributed intact and in condition of original packaging by MoraffWare as shareware for downloading or included on shareware collection CDs. * The Publisher provides the software "as is" and "with all faults" without any express or implied warranties whatsoever.
