Software is supplied “as it is” without any garantees, - either explicit or implicit. Authors of the program do not bear the responsibility for losses, which follow from usage of the software.
It is permitted to use software for any purposes, including commercial applications; and aso for changing and free disseminating at the following conditions.
1. The software copyright must not be distorted and you must not assert, that you have implemented this software. In case of using software in some application, we should welcome you to mention the copyright, but it is not obligatory.
