The program issued the message (as usual dialog windows and pop-out tray Baloon Hints - of your choice) on the need to relax or re-start to work through your specified intervals of time - can help protect your computer from the harmful effects of your eyes.
In addition to issuing messages can program after the specified periods of time to play the sound formats WAV, MP3, switched on and off the monitor, and run any files - EXE, AVI, etc. From the menu you can configure the program to start automatically when you start Windows. At any given time you can pause the program or to continue it again, selecting the item "Pause" context menu, or click on the program icon in the system tray.
Shows current time and date of other time zones, next to your computer clock. Can display 1 to 9 clocks at same time.
ShadowClock is a transparent analog desktop clock which settle down at top of all other windows. These desktop clock are easy for adjusting so that they could be easily noticed on any background.
Very small `desktop` timer watch, with date and alarms. Has a few other configurable options. To set the alarm, double click on `body` of watch. To move, just drag it`s window arround with mouse.
