Anyone may use this shareware, if you wish to continue to use Dr. Bulk eMailer Pro, you MUST register.

The Dr. Bulk eMailer Pro unregistered shareware version may be freely distributed, if the distribution package is not modified. No person or company may charge a fee for the distribution of Dr. Bulk eMailer Pro without written permission from the copyright holder.

Dr. Bulk eMailer Pro IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE AUTHOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.

This software is protected by United States copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as all other intellectual property laws and treaties.If any part of this agreement is violated, your registration will be revoked immediately.If you violate any part of this EULA, you can be held responsible for any monetary and non-monetary damages which may result.This agreement and warranty are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, U.S.A.


Antispam policy

Before using Dr. Bulk eMailer Pro you must agree not to use this software for SPAM purposes. We are reserving the right to refuse product support and refunds for spammers. Dr. Bulk eMailer Pro is not a SPAM program! Don`t use this software for SPAM purposes.

A "spam" e-mail is generally defined as an unsolicited mailing, usually to many people. A message written for, and mailed to, one individual that is known to the sender is not spam, and a reply to an e-mail is not spam, unless the "reply" repeats endlessly. Using unsolicited email advertisements is unprofessional and violates the intent of US Code, Title 47, Chapter 5, Subchapter II, which prohibits unsolicited fax advertisements. By US Code Title 47, Sec.227(a)(2)(B), a computer/modem/printer meets the definition of a telephone fax machine. By Sec.227(b) (1)(C), it is unlawful to send any unsolicited advertisement to such equipment. By Sec.227(b)(3)(C), a violation of the afore- mentioned Section is punishable by action to recover actual monetary loss, whichever is greater for each violation. Broadcast Fax and Junk Email is also illegal under United States Public Law 103-414 Section 303(a)(11), it is unlawful "to use any telephone facsimile machine, computer, or other device to send an unsolicited advertisement."
