DipTrace is a shareware program
Anyone may use this software during an evaluation period of 30 days. Following this evaluation period of 30 days or less, if you wish to continue to use the software, you should register. Once registered, you are granted a non-exclusive license to use DipTrace. The registered software as well as registration keys may not be rented or leased. Unregistered use of this software after the 30 days evaluation period is in violation of U.S. and international copyright laws.

Purchase the software - getting a registration key
When you satisfied with the program and want continue to use it, you must purchase a Registration Key. Purchase info can be found on our website http://www.diptrace.com. After the purchase, you will receive a Registration Key in the confirmation email. You then enter "User Name" and "Registration Key" into software, the software become a licensed copy. You can use one registered copy on one computer at a time. If you would like to use the software on several computers you should order a corresponding number of licenses. Novarm reserves the right to change the price for the program without prior notice.

Distribution
This software without registration data may be freely distributed as long as no modification to it.

Limited Warranty and Liability
Novarm warrants that the Software, as updated and when properly used, will operate in all respects in conformity with the documentation for such Software. In the event of a failure to meet the foregoing limited warranty, your sole remedy in the event of nonconformity of the Software, shall be replacement of the Software or a full refund of the license fees.

Novarm disclaims all other warranties and conditions, express or implied. No warranty is made regarding the results of any Software or services, or that the Software`s functionality will meet your requirements. In no event will Novarm Limited or its suppliers be liable for any loss or inaccuracy of data or any loss of profits.
