This License Agreement and Limited Warranty (herein referred to as "Agreement") is a legal agreement
between you (either an individual or a single entity) and OPERA Tech® (herein referred to as
"OPERA Tech") for File Folder Organizer ™ 3 and File Folder Organizer ™ 3 - EX software products,
which include computer software and may include associated media, printed materials, and "on-line" or
electronic documentation (herein referred to as "Software Product").
Provided that you verify that you are distributing the evaluation version (select About from the
Software Product Help menu to check) you are hereby licensed to make as many copies of the evaluation
version of this software and documentation as you wish; give exact copies of the original evaluation
version to anyone; and distribute the evaluation version of the software and documentation in its
unmodified form via electronic means.
