The administrator can track down the access log at any time, and have the privilege to check the pending and complete task for each user. Also, the system can send automatic emails with a custom message to all the users with pending tasks. The user will receive an email with an Excel file attachments listing all the pending tasks. The system refreshes it self every 3 minutes, so none of the users will miss any message. Very useful reports are included.
