Non-Commercial License Agreement for OstroSoft POP3 component (OSPOP3.DLL)
IMPORTANT - READ CAREFULLY
This License Agreement is a legal agreement between you and OstroSoft
Corporation for OstroSoft POP3 component ("SOFTWARE PRODUCT"), which
includes compiled component, sample files and on-line documentation.
By installing, copying, or otherwise using the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, you
agree to be bound by the terms of this License Agreement. If you do not
agree to the terms of this License Agreement, do not install, copy, or
use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
SOFTWARE PRODUCT LICENSE
The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international
copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and
treaties. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed, not sold.
SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed under the following conditions:
* all the rights to SOFTWARE PRODUCT belong to OstroSoft
* SOFTWARE PRODUCT can not be sold or leased or otherwise transferred
for profit to 3rd party
* SOFTWARE PRODUCT is provided by OstroSoft AS IS with no guaranteed
technical support
* SOFTWARE PRODUCT or any applications based on SOFTWARE PRODUCT can
not be used for unlawful activities
* SOFTWARE PRODUCT can be used only in non-commercial applications,
using SOFTWARE PRODUCT and applications, based on it, for profit
terminates this Agreement (see Termination section below)
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
You must assume the entire risk of using SOFTWARE PRODUCT. In no event shall
OstroSoft be liable to you for any damages, including any lost profits, lost
savings, or other incidental, indirect or consequential damages of any kind
arising out of the use of SOFTWARE PRODUCT, even if OstroSoft has been advised
of the possibility of such damages. In no event will OstroSoft liability for
any claim, whether in contract, tort, or any other theory of liability. This
limitation shall apply to claims of personal injury to the extent permitted
by law.
TERMINATION
This Agreement shall terminate automatically if you fail to comply with the
limitations described in this Agreement. No notice shall be required from
OstroSoft to effect such termination. You may also terminate this License
Agreement at any time by notifying OstroSoft in writing of termination.
Upon termination of this License Agreement, you must uninstall all copies of
SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
