LICENSE AGREEMENT
IMPORTANT-READ CAREFULLY: This license agreement is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Zhenyang Zhu for Zhenyang Zhu`s software product identified above, which includes computer software and associated media and printed materials, and may include "online" or electronic documentation for the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. By installing, copying, or otherwise using the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this agreement, do not install, copy, or use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

This software is distributed on a try-before-you buy basis. The following section applies to users who bought the SOFTWARE license from Zhenyang Zhu.

This section applies to users who registered the software and bought the SOFTWARE license from Zhenyang Zhu.

SOFTWARE PRODUCT LICENSE FOR REGISTERED VERSION OF THE SOFTWARE
The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed, not sold.

1. GRANT OF LICENSE.

This agreement grants you the following non-exclusive rights:

SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

You may install and use the enclosed SOFTWARE PRODUCT on a single terminal connected to a single computer to design, develop, and test software application products ("Application"). You may not network the SOFTWARE or otherwise use it on more than one computer terminal at the same time.

REGISTRATION CODE

The SOFTWARE package includes a unique REGISTRATION CODE, which allows for the registration of the SOFTWARE. The REGISTRATION CODE is subject to the restrictions set forth in this license agreement and may not be distributed either with your applications, application components or in any other way.

DISTRIBUTION

Zhenyang Zhu grants you a royalty-free right to reproduce and distribute your applications created with the SOFTWARE provided that you (a) distribute the SOFTWARE only in conjunction with and as a part of your application (".EXE") or as an application component; (b) do not use Zhenyang Zhu`s name, logo, or trademarks to market your application or application component without the express written consent of Zhenyang Zhu; (c) do not use the name or logo of PC LUBRICANT to market your application or application component without the express written consent of Zhenyang Zhu; (d) agree to indemnify, hold harmless, and defend Zhenyang Zhu from and against any claims or lawsuits, including attorney`s fees that may arise from the use or distribution of your application or application component with the SOFTWARE modules; (e) do not distribute, bundle, wrap or subclass the SOFTWARE as a component which, when used in a DESIGN-TIME development environment exposes the programmatic interface of the SOFTWARE; (f) use the SOFTWARE to create an application or an application component that is significantly different than the SOFTWARE. (g) distributes only the easydial.ocx file.

Zhenyang Zhu reserves all rights not expressly granted to you in this license agreement.

SAMPLE CODE

You may modify the sample source code located in the SOFTWARE PRODUCT`s "samples" directory.

You may not redistribute any portion of the sample for any purpose. For purposes of this section, "modifications" shall mean enhancements to the functionality of the Sample Code.

2. COPYRIGHT.

All rights, title, and copyrights in and to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT (including, but not limited to, any images, photographs, animations, video, audio, music, text, and "applets" incorporated into the SOFTWARE PRODUCT) and any copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT are owned by Zhenyang Zhu. You may not copy the printed materials, if any, accompanying the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

3. DESCRIPTION OF OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS.

Limitations on Reverse-Engineering, Decompilation, and Disassembly.

You may not reverse- engineer, decompile, or disassemble the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation.

Rental.

You may not rent or lease the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

Software Transfer.

You may permanently transfer all your rights under this agreement, provided you retain no copies, you transfer all of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT (including all component parts, the media and printed materials, any upgrades, this agreement, and, if applicable, the registration code), and the recipient agrees to the terms of this agreement. If the SOFTWARE PRODUCT is an upgrade, any transfer must include all prior versions of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

Termination.

Without prejudice to any other rights, Zhenyang Zhu may terminate this agreement if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this agreement. In such event, you must destroy all copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT and all of its component parts.

NO WARRANTIES.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zhenyang Zhu expressly disclaims any warranty for the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT and any related documentation are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The entire risk arising out of use or performance of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT remains with you.

NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

In no event shall Zhenyang Zhu or its suppliers be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profit, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of, or inability to use, this product.

The following section applies to the users who are evaluating the SOFTWARE and haven`t register the copy with Zhenyang Zhu.

SOFTWARE PRODUCT LICENSE FOR EVALUATION VERSION OF THE SOFTWARE.
The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed, not sold.

1. GRANT OF LICENSE. This agreement grants you the following non-exclusive rights:

SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

You may install and use the enclosed SOFTWARE PRODUCT on a single terminal connected to a single computer to design, develop, and test software application products ("Application") for evaluation purpose only.

DISTRIBUTION

You may distribute the evaluation package in its original form to anyone for the purpose to let him or her evaluate the SOFTWARE. Any other kind of distribution and redistribution is not allowed. This includes, but not limits to, the distribution of your application developed with this SOFTWARE, the distribution of any document included in this package, or the distribution of any part of this SOFTWARE.

2. COPYRIGHT.

All rights, title, and copyrights in and to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT (including, but not limited to, any images, photographs, animations, video, audio, music, text, and "applets" incorporated into the SOFTWARE PRODUCT) and any copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT are owned by Zhenyang Zhu.
