This is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or an entity), the end user, and PICTURE-SHARK dev. regarding use of the software accompanying this Agreement ("Software"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install or use the Software.
This license agreement applies to all PICTURE-SHARK dev. Software products that may be downloaded from picture-shark.com or any other site.

The Software is provided to you free of charge. Should you accept the terms of this agreement, PICTURE-SHARK dev. will grant you the personal and non-exclusive right to install and use the software.

The Software may be redistributed to anyone FOR NON CORMERCIAL use without the permission of PICTURE-SHARK dev. as long as the copyrights are not removed and the software is not modified in any way. You may upload the software to a freeware or shareware site without first receiving written permission from PICTURE-SHARK dev.. You may only redistribute the software for free.
