This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you, either an individual or a single entity, ("LICENSEE") and Palmway.ca ("LICENSOR").
The license agreement includes computer software and may include associated media, printed materials, and online or electronic documentation ("SOFTWARE PRODUCT").
By copying, transmitting, installingor using the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT; you may, however, return it to your place of purchase for a full refund.
This is not free software. Subject to the terms below, you are hereby licensed by LICENSOR to use this software for evaluation purposes without charge for a period of 30 days. If you wish to use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT after the 30 days evaluation period a fee will be charged, whereby you will receive a software key to enable further use.
You may not commercially distribute applications created with the SOFTWARE PRODUCT unless you own a commercial license of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. An academic license is not regarded a commercial license. Commercial distribution of applications created without ownership of a commercial license is in violation of applicable copyright laws.
Unregistered use of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT after the 30 days evaluation period is in violation of applicable copyright laws.
SOFTWARE PRODUCT LICENSE
Copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties protect the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT license is valid for all users of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
1. GRANT OF LICENSE.
This EULA grants you a non-exclusive right for installation and use of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. You may use one copy of the software on only one computer at a time. If you have multiple licenses of the software, you may install the SOFTWARE PRODUCT on the same number of workstations. Installation on a network server solely for distribution to licensed workstations does not count as an installation.
You, as the LICENSEE, must have a reasonable process to assure that the number of workstations where the SOFTWARE PRODUCT is installed does not exceed the number of licenses you have bought.
2. REPRODUCTION AND DISTRIBUTION
You may not reproduce and/or distribute copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT or the registration key(s) unless expressly permitted in writing by the LICENSOR.
License
The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed, not sold. This also applies to demo versions.
