LICENSE: Peak InfoSystems, Inc. grants you the right to use this trial copy of General Ledger III for a period of 60 days. If, after 60 days of trial use you have not registered General Ledger III with Peak InfoSystems and paid the registration fee, you must remove General Ledger III from your computer.
COPYRIGHT: GENERAL LEDGER III is owned by Peak InfoSystems, Inc. and is protected by both United States copyright law and international treaty provisions. You must treat GENERAL LEDGER III as you would any other copyrighted material.
TRANSFER: You may give copies of the trial program to others, but you may not divulge the registration information Peak InfoSystems returns to you.
LIMITED WARRANTY
WARRANTY: Peak InfoSystems, Inc. specifically does not make any representation or warranty that GENERAL LEDGER III or its documentation are free from defects or that they meet any user`s particular standards, requirements or needs.
NO OTHER WARRANTIES: Peak InfoSystems, Inc. SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, REPRESENTATIONS, OR CONDITIONS, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED AND SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
