End-User License Agreement for Perfect Macro Recorder v1.50 Evaluation Edition
READ CAREFULLY: This Perfection Tools Software Perfect Macro Recorder v1.50 End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual, a firm or a single entity) and Perfection Tools Software for the software product identified above, which includes computer software and may include associated media, printed materials, and "online" or electronic documentation ("SOFTWARE PRODUCT"). The SOFTWARE PRODUCT also includes any updates and supplements to the original SOFTWARE PRODUCT provided to you by Perfection Tools Software. Any software provided along with the SOFTWARE PRODUCT that is associated with a separate end-user license agreement is licensed to you under the terms of that license agreement. By installing, copying, downloading, accessing, or otherwise using the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. This EULA is granted for a trial period to use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT for evaluation purposes only. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

SOFTWARE PRODUCT LICENSE The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed, not sold.
1. Usage and distribution restrictions
The user/buyer/owner may not use or distribute Perfection Tools software for any unlawful purpose.
The user/buyer/owner is not allowed to attempt to reverse engineer, disassemble or decompile Perfection Tools software and products.
2. Copyright restriction
All parts of Perfection Tools software and products are copyright protected. No program, code, file, image, database, text or computer generated scripts may be copied or used in any way by the user except as intended within the bounds of the single user program.
3. Limitation of responsibility
The user/buyer/owner of Perfection Tools software will indemnify, hold harmless, and defend Perfection Tools against lawsuits, claims, costs associated with defense or accusations that result from the use of Perfection Tools software.

Perfection Tools is not responsible for any damages whatsoever, including loss of information, interruption of business, personal injury and/or any damage or consequential damage without limitation, incurred before, during or after the use of our products. Our entire liability, without exception, is limited to the customers` reimbursement of the purchase price of the software (maximum being the suggested retail price as listed by Perfection Tools) in exchange for the return of the product, all copies, registration papers and manuals, and all materials that constitute a transfer of ownership from the customer back to Perfection Tools.
4. Commercial software restrictions
Each commercial copy of Perfection Tools software may be used in only one single location by one user. Use of the software means that you have loaded the program and run it or have installed the program onto a computer. If you install the software onto a multi-user platform or network, each and every individual user of the software must be registered separately.

You may make one copy of the registered software for backup purposes, providing you only have one copy installed on one computer being used by one person. If any person other than yourself uses Perfection Tools software registered in your name, regardless of whether it is at the same time or different times, then this agreement is being violated!

The sale of and or distribution of registered copies of this software is strictly forbidden. It is a violation of this agreement to loan, rent, lease, borrow, or transfer the use of registered copies of Perfection Tools software products.
