KeyedAccess for Microsoft Access

License Agreement
====================

This document is a legal agreement between you ("end user") and Peter`s Software ("the publisher"). By downloading, purchasing and / or using this software you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this agreement, which includes the agreement in full, and the license, promptly return the software and all accompanying items to Peter`s Software.

GRANT OF LICENSE
The publisher grants the end user the following rights which depend on the version of KeyedAccess registered and / or downloaded:

KeyedAccess (demo version):
- is a demo program. This means that the end user may test it free of charge. The end user may also distribute it freely to others so they may try it.

KeyedAccess (unlimited, royalty-free distribution license):
- can be used for software development on any number of computers within the end user`s own company.
- can be incorporated (royalty free) into any number of applications that the end user develops for distribution inside or outside of the end user`s company.

The end user may make backup copies of KeyedAccess that are to be used as backups only.

COPYRIGHT
The software is owned by the publisher and is protected by United States copyright laws and international treaty provisions. Therefore, the end user must treat the software like any other copyrighted material (e.g., a book or musical recording) except that the end user may make copies of the software for backup or archival purposes or transfer the software to a single hard disk provided the end user keeps the original solely for backup or archival purposes only. The end user may not copy any written materials accompanying the software.

OTHER RESTRICTIONS
The end user may not rent or lease the software. The end user may not transfer the software. The end usermay not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or create a derivative from the software.

SOURCE CODE
If the end user purchases KeyedAccess, he/she will adhere to the same terms and conditions of this agreement, which includes the agreement in full, and the license, for the source code. In addition, he/she agrees that source code will not be resold as a stand alone product in direct or indirect competition of the software.

REVOCATION
The end user also agrees that this software and license will remain the sole property of the publisher at all times. The publisher reserves the right to revoke this license at any time and at its sole discretion. Upon revocation, the end user agrees to surrender all software and source code immediately retaining no copies of such.
