1. WHAT IS SALSAROC
SALSAROC is Dancing Lessons on your computer.
The lessons are simple and easy to follow with pictures, sound and video clips.

2. ADD FREE STARTING LESSONS.
After installing the Software. Visit the Salsaroc internet site and download Level A Lessons
for the software for FREE.

3. SALSAROC MEMBERSHIP
For the price of what you normally pay for 1 lesson in a dance school, you can purchase a 12mths
Membership to access the SALSAROC Membership area of salsaroc.com for each dance type.
Each Dance type and associated software requires purchase of an individual Membership.

a) When you purchase the SALSAROC Membership, you receive a Software Registration code
to unlock the Lesson limit and a 12 months Internet Membership Password to access the
SALSAROC Membership area of salsaroc.com for the software and the dance type that you have
purchased.

b) As a Member you can download from the SALSAROC members area ALL the SALSAROC LESSONS available
for the software for EACH DANCE TYPE purchased.

Each Internet Membership is for the period purchased from the date of the Membership payment.

The SALSAROC software for the dance type that you have purchased WILL NOT expire .
Lessons that you download and install for the dance type that you have purchased WILL NOT expire.

You can purchase separate SALSAROC Membership for each dance type available from the
Salsaroc internet site

4. SYSTEM MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

PC Pentium 166 with 128mb memory
DISPLAY screen set at 800*600 resolution or higher
Sound card. Mouse.
SALSAROC will ONLY install on a c:\ Drive Hard Disk
(This Start software requires 27MB free space)
Win98,Win2000,WinME,win2003,NT,XP,Vista
Visual Basic 6 runtime files and Windows Media Player suitable for your computer.

TROUBLE SHOOTING
All the SALSAROC software require Visual Basic 6 runtime files and Windows Media Player.
Most windows systems already have these files.
If you get an ERROR message when you first start the SALSAROC software, you can download
and install the microsoft files that are required for the software from the Salsaroc help page on the
internet. http://salsaroc.com/help/index.htm

When playing lessons in Full Screen mode, press the Esc key on your keyboard(top Left) to EXIT
Full Screen Mode

To start the SALSAROC software Close all applications & click on SALSAROC (dance type)
on your desktop.

OR Close all applications. From Desktop CLICK on: Start & Programs & SALSAROC (dance type)

UNINSTALL:
To Uninstall SALSAROC use the `add/remove Programs` in the windows control panel for each
SALSAROC dance type.

5. LEGAL
This is a legal Agreement(the"Agreement") between you (either an individual or a single entity)
and PHASE II Pty. Ltd. ("SALSAROC").
By using this software , you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement DO NOT USE this software.

SALSAROC SOFTWARE LICENCE
1. SALSAROC (the "Software") is owned by PHASE II Pty. Ltd.
You have no ownership or proprietary rights in or to the Software and its contents.
For purposes of this section, "use" means loading the Software into RAM,
as well as installing on a hard disk or other storage device.

2. REDISTRIBUTION of START SOFTWARE:
You can freely distribute ONLY the SALSAROC Start software in each dance type.
Each original dance type file includes only two (2) Dance Lessons.

The latest version of each original dance type file can be downloaded from the
SALAROC Web site, http://www.salsaroc.com.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES ARE YOU LICENSED TO DISTRIBUTE ANY OTHER
LESSONS.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES ARE YOU LICENSED TO DISTRIBUTE ANY OTHER
PARTS, MODULES or FILES OF THE SALSAROC SOFTWARE.

ALLOWED:
You MAY Install and Use this Start software on any suitable computer at home or business
for FREE
You MAY download and install the Level A Lessons for each dance type for free from
http://www.salsaroc.com and may use them only with the suitable SALSAROC software for
each dance type.


3. SALSAROC MEMBERSHIP LICENCE.
When you purchase the SALSAROC Membership, you receive a Software Registration code
to unlock the lesson limit and a 12 months Internet Membership Password to access the
SALSAROC Membership area of salsaroc.com for the software and the dance type that you have
purchased.

A separate Membership purchase is required for each dance type.
A separate Membership is required for each address location (single street address and number)

Membership gives you a licence to install and use the SALSAROC software on any
suitable computer at the registered address (single street address and number) supplied
by you at the time of membership purchase.

SALSAROC REGISTERED SOFTWARE AND MEMBERSHIP GRANT OF LICENCE:
SALSAROC (the "Software") is owned by PHASE II Pty. Ltd.
PHASE II Pty. Ltd. grants to you the limited right to install the software (the "software") on
any suitable computer at the registered address (street address and number supplied on
membership purchase)

4. Under no circumstances shall you be permitted, allowed or authorized to commercially
exploit the Software or any data comprising the Software.
Neither you nor anyone under your direction shall do any of the following acts(any such acts shall
be deemed void and a breach of this Agreement) with regard to the Software, or any portion thereof:
You shall not (a)rent the Software, (b)sell the Software, (c)lease or lend the Software, (d)offer the
Software on a pay-per-play basis, (e)distribute, by electronic means or otherwise, the Software for
money or any other consideration; or (f) In any other manner and through any medium whatsoever
commercially exploit the Software or use the Software for any commercial purpose, (g)modify,
disassemble, reverse engineer or decompile the Software,(h)translate the Software, (i)reproduce
the Software, (j)publicly display the Software, (k)prepare derivative works based upon the Software,
(l)distribute, by electronic means or otherwise, the Software, (m)copy the software.(n) distribute by
any means Lessons, or any part of this software. (o) distribute by any means registration codes or
membership passwords.

5. You shall not use, in any manner, the logo, logos, symbols, art work, images, screen
displays or screenshots, sound effects, music, animations, video clips and other such material
contained within, generated by or relating to the Software.

6. Restrictions Apply to Third Parties. The prohibitions and restrictions described herein
apply to anyone in possession of the Software and/or Permitted Derivative Works.

7. Copyright. The SALSAROC software is owned by Phase II Pty. Ltd. and is protected
by international copyright Laws.
All SALSAROC materials contained within and generated by the SALSAROC software, including
images, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, video clips, animations, animated characters and
written and other materials that are part of the SALSAROC software (collectively, the "Contents")
are copyrights, trademarks and/or other intellectual properties owned, controlled or licensed by
Phase II Pty. Ltd.


8. THIS SOFTWARE IS DISTRIBUTED "\AS IS.\" AND ALL FAULTS AND THE ENTIRE RISK AS
TO SATISFACTORY, QUALITY, PERFORMANCE, ACCURACY AND EFFORTS IS WITH YOU.
SALSAROC AND ITS LICENSORS DISCLAIM ANY AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER
EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF ANY KIND INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF
MERCHANTABILITY, NONINFRINGEMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY, OR FITNESS FOR
ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. SALSAROC AND/OR ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE
FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT
LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF
INFORMATION), WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING
FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS
IN THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF SALSAROC OR ITS AFFILIATES HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE
POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. SALSAROC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES
CLAIMED BY YOU BASED ON ANY THIRD PARTY CLAIM. THIS LIMITATION OF REMEDIES
ALSO APPLIES TO ANY DEVELOPER OF SOFTWARE SUPPLIED TO SALSAROC. SALSAROC
AND THE DEVELOPER`S LIMITATION OF REMEDIES ARE NOT CUMULATIVE. SUCH
DEVELOPER IS AN INTENDED BENEFICIARY OF THIS SECTION.


9. SALSAROC INJURY WAIVER and DISCLAIMER

Before you start using the SALSAROC software and dance instructions or any other dance or exercise,
you should always consult your doctor.
By downloading, installing and using the SALSAROC software and dance instructions you acknowledge
that you understand that dancing requires physical exertion and that injury may result during instructions.
You acknowledge that you are medically and physically able to safely use the SALSAROC software
and dance instruction and you can meet the physical demands thereof.
You agree to assume all risks associated with using and participating in the SALSAROC software
and dance instruction. If at any time hereafter, you have any medical or physical limitation or condition
that might affect your ability to safely use the SALSAROC software and dance instruction or meet the
physical demands required thereof, you will immediately stop using the SALSAROC software and dance
instructions. In view of the foregoing, and as a term and condition of using the SALSAROC software and
dance instruction, you, for yourself, your spouse, heirs, legal representatives and assigns, expressly release,
waive and discharge SALSAROC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, predecessors,
sponsors, legal representatives and assigns, from all present and future claims, demands, actions, judgments,
executions and liabilities of any kind, known or unknown, that now have, ever had or may have, or claim to
have, against SALSAROC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, predecessors, sponsors,
legal representatives and assigns, created by, as arising out of, any dance instruction, workshop, rehearsal,
photo shoot, performance or related activity, regardless of where held or when held, even though such claim
or liability may arise out of negligence or fault on the part of any of the foregoing persons or entities, breach
of contract or otherwise, and whether for bodily injury, property damages or loss or otherwise.


10. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT, THAT YOU
UNDERSTAND THIS AGREEMENT, AND UNDERSTAND THAT BY CONTINUING THE
INSTALLATION OF THE SOFTWARE, BY LOADING OR RUNNING THE SOFTWARE,
OR BY PLACING OR COPYING THE SOFTWARE ONTO YOUR COMPUTER HARD DRIVE,
YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT`S TERMS AND CONDITIONS. THIS
AGREEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ENTIRE AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND SALSAROC
AND SUPERSEDES ANY PRIOR AGREEMENTS, REPRESENTATIONS, PROPOSALS OR
UNDERSTANDINGS, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN WITH RESPECT TO THE SUBJECT
MATTER OF THIS AGREEMENT.
