License Agreement

Read carefully the following terms and conditions before using
this software. Your use of this software indicates your acceptance
of this license agreement.

REGISTERED VERSION
One registered copy of Web Idea Tree may be used on a unique computer
by a single person at one time.
You may not alter this software in any way, including changing
or removing any messages or windows.

PERSONAL LICENSE
The personal license applies to Web Idea Tree (WIT) usage, and to
redistribution of productions which are realized with WIT :
- WIT personal version is strictly reserved for private, personal
and non profit use. Use of WIT in educational context (schools,
universities) is allowed, always in a non profit purpose.
- WIT personal version allows you to freely publish and distribute
the productions which are realized with WIT (web sites, electronic
books...), as long as you do not generate profits with these productions.
However, if you sell or make some profit with your productions, you must
acquire the WIT professional version. You may not sell any production
realized with WIT personal version.
Companies and commercial organizations must acquire the professional
license.

PROFESSIONAL LICENSE
The professional license applies to Web Idea Tree (WIT) usage, and
to redistribution of productions which are realized with WIT :
- WIT professional version allows commercial or corporate use.
- WIT professional version allows you to freely publish and distribute
the productions which are realized with WIT (web sites, electronic books...),
whatever you generate profit or not with these productions. You can sell
your productions that are realized with WIT professional version.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
This software and the accompanying files are sold "AS IS" and
without warranties as to performance or merchantability or any
other warranties whether expressed or implied.
In no event shall the author be liable for damage of any kind,
loss of data, loss of profits, business interruption or other
pecuniary loss arising directly or indirectly.
Basically, you use it at YOUR OWN RISK.

EVALUATION AND REGISTRATION
Web Idea Tree is shareware. You may install this program to test
and evaluate for 30 days, after that time you must either register
this program or delete it from your computer hard drive.
Credit card ordering is available, as described in the registration
section of help file. When payment is received you will be sent a
licensed version of Web Idea Tree by email (registration code).
