Disclaimer and Software License Agreement
IMPORTANT - READ CAREFULLY: This Beiley Software Fund Manager Software Disclaimer and License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Beiley Software for Beiley Software`s Fund Manager computer software (the "Software"). By continuing to use the Software, you agree to be bound by all terms of this Agreement.
1. EVALUATION PERIOD
The Software is provided at no charge to the user for an evaluation period. If you would like to continue using the Software after the evaluation period, you must purchase a license (register). A single user license allows the licensee to use the Software on any one computer at any one time. Site and world-wide license arrangements may be made by contacting Beiley Software.
2. DISTRIBUTION
Individuals may freely distribute only unaltered, evaluation copies of the archive containing the Software and all associated files only to other individuals. Organizations who wish to include this program in "shareware" distributions for remuneration must contact Beiley Software for explicit authorization. License keys may not be distributed, reverse-engineered, or otherwise altered.
3. WARRANTY
THE SOFTWARE IS SUPPLIED AS IS. BEILEY SOFTWARE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND OF FITNESS FOR ANY PURPOSE.
4. DISCLAIMER OF DAMAGES
BEILEY SOFTWARE ASSUMES NO LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES, DIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL, WHICH MAY RESULT FROM THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE.
5. COPYRIGHT
The Software is owned by Beiley Software and is protected by United States copyright laws and international treaty provisions.
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT, UNDERSTAND IT AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS. YOU FURTHER AGREE THAT IT IS THE COMPLETE AND EXCLUSIVE STATEMENT OF THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND BEILEY SOFTWARE WHICH SUPERSEDES ANY PROPOSAL OR PRIOR AGREEMENT, ORAL OR WRITTEN, AND ANY OTHER COMMUNICATIONS BETWEEN YOU AND BEILEY SOFTWARE OR BEILEY SOFTWARE`S AGENT(S) RELATING TO THE LICENSED SOFTWARE.
