Full-featured, easy-to-use, natural sounding text-to-speech toolbar for Internet Explorer ® reads any web page aloud to you. ReadingBar 2 is multi-lingual, can translate web pages into four languages for you and is compatible with the AT&T Natural Voices speech engine. The toolbar comes prepackaged with the standard Microsoft voices: Mike, Mary, and Sam but due to AT&T compatibility, you can add many more, higher quality (8k and 16k) voices available in US English, UK English, French, German, and Spanish.
