The following RouterSim, LLC End-User and Per-Computer Software License Agreement ("Agreement") applies to you. By installing, or registering any software or study materials ("Software") developed by RouterSim, LLC, you indicate your acceptance of the following RouterSim, LLC End User License Agreement ("License Agreement").

GRANT OF LICENSE:

In consideration of the purchase price paid by you, RouterSim, LLC ("ROUTERSIM") grants to you, as Licensee ("Licensee"), a single-user, non-exclusive, nontransferable, perpetual license to use this copy of its Software Program and related documentation (together the "Software") subject to the provisions of this agreement. ROUTERSIM reserves all rights not expressly granted to Licensee.

PERMITTED USES:

You are granted the following rights in the Software:

Right to Install and Use. The Software is the sole intellectual property of RouterSim. RouterSim, LLC grants you the right to use ONE copy of the Software on a SINGLE computer for each license (installation) provided to you on the RouterSim Authorization Diskette or through Internet Authorization. This is enforced through per-computer Copy Protection.

Right to Modify. You may not modify the Software and /or merge it into another computer program.

Right to Transfer. You may not rent, lend or lease this Software. You may not copy and distribute this Software to others for a fee or provided at no cost. You may not sell new and unopened Software packages to others unless authorized in writing from RouterSim.

Any type of copying of the registered version of any product or software to another computer is prohibited by Copyright law or international treaties, and prevented through the use of per-computer Copy Protection. Any attempts to defeat the Copy Protection features incorporated into the Software is a violation of this License Agreement and applicable laws.

All information contained within the Software or Web site is provided on an "as is" basis. RouterSim, LLC shall have no liability or responsibility to any person or entity with respect to any losses or damages resulting from the use of this Software or Web site. Every effort has been made to acknowledge all trademarks and service marks, however RouterSim, LLC cannot attest to the accuracy of that information. The use of any term or acronym in this software should not be regarded as affecting the validity of any trademark or service mark.
