License for Runtime Revolution Ltd`s Ten Thumbs Typing Tutor Product and
associated "Readme.txt" file ("Documentation")

IMPORTANT -- READ CAREFULLY: By clicking the "Yes" button below and
continuing to use Ten Thumbs Typing Tutor("software"), you agree to be and
are hereby bound by the terms of this License Agreement ("Agreement"). By
clicking the "No" button below, you do not accept the terms of this License
Agreement and must destroy all copies of the Software and Documentation,
including this installer archive and any copies of it therewith.

I. GRANT OF LICENSE:

Runtime Revolution Ltd hereby grant you a non-exclusive license to use the
Software and Documentation subject to the following terms:


a) THE TRIAL VERSION

The software has been provided in a trial form ("Trial version").

You may: (i) use the Trial version for a period of ten days. (ii)
redistribute the Trial version to anyone in its original, unmodified form.

You may not: (i) Use the Trial version more than ten days after the date of
your first installing it on your computer. (ii) modify, translate, reverse
engineer, decompile, disassemble or create derivative works based upon the
Trial version or Documentation; (iii) resell, rent, lease, transfer, or
otherwise transfer rights to the Trial version or (iv) remove any
proprietary notices or labels on the Trial Version or Documentation.


b) THE FULL VERSION

If you pay for Trial Version you will be sent a key to unlock it. At this
time, the Software becomes fully functional ("Full Version").

You may: (i) use the Full version on any single computer; (ii) use the Full
version on a second computer so long as the first and second computers are
not used simultaneously; and (iii) copy the Full version for back-up,
archival purposes provided any copy must contain all of the original Full
Version`s proprietary notices; (iv) continue to use the Full version without
the time restriction imposed on the Trial version above.

You may not: (i) permit other individuals to use the Full version except
under the terms listed above; (ii) modify, translate, reverse engineer,
decompile, disassemble or create derivative works based upon the Full
version or Documentation; (iii) copy the Full version or Documentation
(except for back- up purposes); (iv) resell, rent, lease, transfer, or
otherwise transfer rights to the Full version or Documentation; or (v)
remove any proprietary notices or labels on the Full version or
Documentation.

c) MULTI-USER VERSION

If you pay for a multi-user pack you will be sent a key to unlock the Trial
Version. The Software becomes fully functional ("Multi-User Version").

You may: (i) use the Multi-User Version on as many computers as stated in
the multi-user license purchased, independent from the number of users on
each computer; OR (ii) use the Multi-User Version with as many people as
stated in the multi-user license purchased, independent from the number of
computers used. In either case you may install the software on each
computer or over a network. You must choose whether to follow the terms of
clause (i) or (ii) when you install the software, and may not switch between
these two options or use one in conjunction with the other.

You may: (iii) copy the Multi-User Version for back-up, archival purposes
provided any copy must contain all of the original Multi-User Version` This Agreement constitutes the complete and exclusive agreement between
Runtime Revolution Ltd and you with respect to the subject matter hereof and
supersedes all prior oral or written understandings, communications or
agreements not specifically incorporated herein. This Agreement may not be
modified except in a writing duly signed by an authorized representative of
Runtime Revolution Ltd and you.
