END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR CARNOTE
IMPORTANT: This Software License Agreement is a legal
agreement between you (either an individual or a single
entity) and SEONote.info for CARNOTE, which includes computer
software and may include associated media, printed
materials, and online or electronic documentation.
By installing or otherwise using CARNOTE Software,
you agree to be bound by the terms of this license
agreement.
1. THE SOFTWARE
The SOFTWARE under this license is CARNOTE, hereinafter
known as "CARNOTE", which consists of executable files
and documentation.
2 . COPYRIGHT
All copyrights to CARNOTE are exclusively owned by Seonote.info.
All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by Seonote.info.
3. IMPORTANT NOTICE
By installing, copying, running, or otherwise using CARNOTE,
you agree to be bound by the terms of this license. If you do
not agree to the terms of this license, you must remove all
files relating to CARNOTE from your computer.
4. GRANT OF LICENSE
SEONote.info grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive,
non-sublicensable, non-transferable license to use CAR Note
for personal and internal business purposes, provided any
copy must contain all of the original proprietary notices.
5. REVERSE ENGINEERING
You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, modify, decompile,
disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer CARNOTE, or any
its part, except as provided for in this agreement. Any
such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and
automatic termination of this license.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
CARNOTE is distributed "as is". No warranty of any kind is
expressed or implied. You use it at your own risk. The author
will not be liable for data loss, damages, loss of profits or
any other kind of loss while using or mis-using this software.
