The managers have access to the model, so do the employees. For instance managers can monitor the project from their own computers, so do the employees of that project. The new version 2012 enables application to be modeled in both communication domain and theory domain. The communication domain takes the external view of the application into consideration, while the theory domain model takes the internal view of the application into consideration. The process can be viewed as follow. In an application, people in that application communicate to execute that application, while they also think to execute the application.
