2. YOU SHOULD CAREFULLY READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS

signed by SVA-Soft, your use of this software
indicates your acceptance of this license
agreement and warranty.


3. Installing and using Software signifies acceptance of
these terms and conditions of the license. If you do
not agree with the terms of this license you must
remove Software files from your storage devices and
cease to use the product.


4. This is "try-before-you-buy" software. Unregistered
copy of it can be only used for evaluational purposes
during the 30-day trial period. Registration gives you
the right to use the program after the 30-day trial period,
receive technical support and use features available only
for registered users. Before the expiration of the 30-day
trial period you must either register your copy
of the program or stop using it.


5. When you register Software the "Registration code" is being
issued to you. THIS "REGISTRATION CODE" CAN ONLY BE USED ON ONE
COMPUTER AT A TIME WHERE DB QUERY SERVER SOFTWARE IS INSTALLED.
The software may not be rented, leased or transferred.

NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.

LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR
