This software is protected by copyright is protected.
1 - Shareware
`Shareware` is a mode of software distribution. The author let you try this software. You pay a licence only if you decide to use this software.The license amount, in general, cover the charges for documentation, purchase of development tools, and a small remuneration intended to encourage the developer for time spent to provide you a powerful software.
By definition `Shareware` is a software in free diffusion, but for which the use is subjected to license payment.
Bosco is distributed as a `shareware`.
2 - License Agreement
You should carefully read the following terms and conditions before using this software. Unless you have a different licenseagreement signed by Sandichs Software your use of thissoftware you indicates your acceptance of this license agreementand warranty.
3 - Registered Version
Each copy of Bosco (slave module) can only be installed on a single workstation.
4 - Distribution
You are hereby licensed to make as many copies of the unregistered version of this software and documentation as you wish; give exact copies of the original Shareware version to anyone; and distribute theShareware version of the software and documentation in itsunmodified form via electronic means. There is no charge for anyof the above.
You are specifically prohibited from charging, or requestingdonations, for any such copies, however made; and fromdistributing the software and/or documentation with other products(commercial or otherwise) without prior written permission.
5 - Warranty
THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD "AS IS" ANDWITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR ANYOTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.
ANY LIABILITY OF THE SELLER WILL BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO PRODUCTREPLACEMENT OR REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE.
6 - Property
The program, including its code, its documentation, its appearance, its structure and its organization, is an exclusive product of the author who permanently preserves the rights of ownership of the program or of its copies, modifications or parts amalgamated.Under article 47 of the law of July 3, 1985, any unauthorized reproduction of the software or documentation is prohibited.
