Software License Agreement

This software is owned by and remains the property of Science Traveller International, and is transferred
to the user ("Licensee") for their use only on the license terms set forth below. Use of the software
indicates your acceptance of these terms.

Evaluation and Registration
Subject to the terms below, you are hereby licensed to use this software for evaluation purposes without
charge for the built-in trial period. If you use this software after the trial period a registration fee is
required. To register your current PC installation of the software, see the program Help|About dialog.

Use of the Software
Science Traveller International grants the user ("Licensee") the limited rights to possess and use the
software and documentation ("Software") for its intended purposes. The Licensee agrees that the
Software will be used solely for the Licensee`s internal purposes.

Except as expressly provided in this License under "Distribution" below, the Licensee may not modify,
reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, distribute, sub-license, sell, rent, lease, give or in any way
transfer, by any means or in any medium, including telecommunications, the Software. After registration,
the Licensee will use its best efforts and take all reasonable steps to protect the Registered Software
from unauthorized use, copying or dissemination, and will maintain all proprietary notices intact.

This Software is provided "as is". All warranties and representations of any kind with regard to the
Software are hereby disclaimed, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a
particular purpose. License fees for the Software do not include any consideration for assumption of risk.
Under no circumstances will the developer, manufacturer or seller of the Software be liable for any
consequential, incidental, special or exemplary damages.

This license gives you specified legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from
jurisdiction to jurisdiction. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of warranties, so the

Term
This License is effective as of the time the Licensee receives the Software, and shall continue in effect
until the Licensee ceases all use of the Software and returns or destroys all copies thereof, or until
automatically terminated upon the failure of the Licensee to comply with any of the terms of this License.

This License is the complete and exclusive statement of the parties` agreement. Should any provision of
this License be held to be invalid by any court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be enforced to
the maximum extent permissible, and the remainder of the License shall nonetheless remain in full force
and effect. This License shall be controlled by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. This License
and all related documentation and correspondence is and will be in the English language.
