ProLibra
v2.0
ProLibra is a program that keeps teams in control of their documents, without the need for complex databases or maintenance.
ProLibra users can organise their documents using information already stored in those documents - and combine this with templates based on common approaches. Templates are included for established methods such as Prince 2 and ISO9001.
Using a simple and customisable drag and drop interface, users can choose different views to work on documents. Views include Stages and deliverables; People; Categories, Dates and a traditional Folder view. And because all information is stored in the documents themselves, its always accurate - even when documents are copied or moved.
When a number of users work together on the same documents, ProLibra will highlight changes automatically - even when made by users without ProLibra installed. With some types of documents (Microsoft Word, for example) ProLibra will even show who`s currently working on what.
