License Agreement
You should carefully read the following terms and conditions
before using this software. Unless you have a different license
agreement signed by SiComponents your use of this software you
indicates your acceptance of this license agreement and warranty.
Registered Version
You are granted to make archival copies of TsiLang Components Suite
(the "Software") for the sole purpose of back-up and protecting your
investment from loss. Under no circumstances may you copy this
"SOFTWARE" or documentation for the purposes of distribution to
others. Under no conditions may you remove the copyright notices
made part of the "SOFTWARE" or documentation.
The supplied "SOFTWARE" may be used by one person on as many computer
systems as that person uses. Group programming projects making use
of this "SOFTWARE" must purchase a copy of the "SOFTWARE" and
documentation for each member of the group. "SOFTWARE" is licensed,
not sold, to you!
You may access the registered version of Software through a network,
provided that you have obtained individual licenses for the
software covering all workstations that will access the software
through the network. For instance, if 4 different workstations
will access Software on the network, each workstation must have its
own Software license, regardless of whether they use Software at
different times or concurrently. In case Site License purchased you
may use "Software" on unlimited amount of workstations and by unlimited
amount of developers inside your company.

Software is royalty free.
Copyright and Ownership
The "SOFTWARE" is copyrighted and owned by SiComponents. You acknowledge
that the title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and
to the "SOFTWARE" shall remain in exclusive property of SiComponents.
Source Code
The source code is provided for reference purposes only and may not
be copied or distributed in any format electronic or otherwise except
for backup purposes.
Shareware Version
Evaluation and Registration
TsiLang Components Suite is SHAREWARE and registered version costs $299 US.
The shareware version works only when Delphi or C++ Builder is running!
After purchase you will receive full source code of registered version
and in future you will receive full source code of all new updates free
of charge.
