1. LICENSING
SmElis Technologies gives you a license to use SV Bookmark on any hardware. "You" means a company, a legal entity or an individual whose funds are used to pay for the license. "Use" means storing, transferring, installing and running the software. If you are a private individual, you may use one copy of SV Bookmark anywhere you need on any number of computers simultaneously provided that nobody else except the members of your family uses this software. If you are a legal entity, you may use one copy of SV Bookmark only on one workplace and only for one user. It means that you must have as many purchased licenses as many persons use SV Bookmark. If the number of users is quite large, you can order a special license. You may have any number of copies of this software that are used as reserve copies. Prior to payment, you may evaluate this software for 30 days, after which you must either pay for it or remove it from your computer. This license is valid within one major version, it is neither applied to any other software nor transferred to any other company, legal entity or private individual.
2. OWNERSHIP AND COPYRIGHT
THE SOFTWARE SV Bookmark is recognized and protected by the copyright laws as the property of SmElis Technologies. Your license does not give you any ownership rights or copyright for this SOFTWARE. You must neither delete those parts of the SOFTWARE that contain the notification about the copyright nor modify them.
4. ILLEGAL USE
You cannot use this SOFTWARE in ways other than stated in this license agreement. You may not sell, lend, lease and transfer the registered program or any part of it to third parties. You may not modify the code of the program or part of it, emulate, decompile, disassemble or study the code of the program in any other ways. Any such illegal use means the automatic and immediate cessation of this agreement and may result in legal prosecution.
5. LIMITED WARRANTY
THIS SOFTWARE IS SUPPLIED "AS IS". NO WARRANTIES ARE INCLUDED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE THIS SOFTWARE AT YOUR OWN RISK. SmElis Technologies IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DATA LOSSES OR DAMAGES, ANY LOSS OF PROFIT IN THE PROCESS OF USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.
