Customize Start Menu License agreement

Please read this software license agreement carefully before using the
software. Use of Customize Start Menu indicates you accept the terms
of this license agreement and warranty.
All copyrights to Customize Start Menu are exclusively owned by
the company - Smart PC Solutions, LLC.
Customize Start Menu may be freely distributed, provided the distribution
package is not modified, without written permission from the copyright holder.
You may not clone, rent, lease, sell, modify the software. Any such
unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this
license and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.
Once registered, the user is granted a non-exclusive license to use
Customize Start Menu on one computer, for any legal purpose, at a time.
The registered Customize Start Menu software may not be rented or leased,
but may be permanently transferred, if the person receiving it agrees
to terms of this license. If the software is an update, the transfer must
include the update and all previous versions.
CUSTOMIZE START MENU IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS
EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE AUTHOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE
FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING

Upgrade policy - FREE upgrades for one year!
Our software licenses include one year of free upgrades and support to the
same product.
Installing and using Customize Start Menu signifies acceptance of these
