My Privacy Net License agreement

Please read this software license agreement carefully before using the
software. Use of My Privacy Net indicates you accept the terms
of this license agreement and warranty.
All copyrights to My Privacy Net are exclusively owned by
the company - Smart PC Solutions, LLC.
My Privacy Net may be freely distributed, provided the distribution
package is not modified, without written permission from the copyright holder.
You may not clone, rent, lease, sell, modify the software. Any such
unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this
license and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.
Once registered, the user is granted a non-exclusive license to use
My Privacy Net on one computer, for any legal purpose, at a time.
The registered My Privacy Net software may not be rented or leased,
but may be permanently transferred, if the person receiving it agrees
to terms of this license. If the software is an update, the transfer must
include the update and all previous versions.
MY PRIVACY NET IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS
EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE AUTHOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE
FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING
OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.

Our software licenses include one year of free upgrades and support to the
same product.
Installing and using My Privacy Net signifies acceptance of these

Speed-O-Meter is a program that measures the TCP/IP speed of all interfaces on your machine including network adapters and modems. Use it to test your internet connection speed! It displays the TRUE transmission speed and does not average it like IE.
BPSNMPMon is a SNMP utility that will monitor host processor, storage and interface values. BPSNMPMon performs various SNMP queries at a user-defined time interval and graphically represents the information in a simple user friendly interface.
