IMPORTANT - BEFORE INSTALLING THE SOFTWARE, CAREFULLY READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT. BY INSTALLING OR USING THIS SOFTWARE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL OF THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DON`T AGREE WITH THE TERMS BELOW, YOU MAY NOT INSTALL OR USE THE SOFTWARE.
1. DEFINITIONS.
This is a legal agreement between you, the end user ("USER"), and Sofrayt Ltd. ("SOFRAYT") for GetSmile Demo software product (further "SOFTWARE").
The SOFTWARE is licensed, not sold.
2. COPYRIGHT.
Only SOFRAYT is the individual owner of this SOFTWARE.
The SOFTWARE is protected by international copyright laws and international treaties. You must treat this SOFTWARE like any other copyrighted material. You must not remove or alter copyright notices on any copies of this SOFTWARE.
Smilies included with the SOFTWARE belong to their respective authors.
3. DISTRIBUTION.
You can distribute the SOFTWARE freely in any way (on CD, floppy disc or other media, in the Shareware archives, by e-mail). Reasonable charges (maximum of US$10.00) may be applied to copying, packaging and distribution of this archive. But you may not be allowed to distribute a modified version of it without our authorization.
4. EVALUATION COPY.
You may use the SOFTWARE for unlimited period on as many computers as are required to perform your evaluation.
5. RESTRICTIONS.
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise analyze the SOFTWARE, or knowingly allow others to do so. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.
6. WARRANTY, DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.
THIS SOFTWARE IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. YOU USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
SOFRAYT WILL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR DATA LOSS, FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING ANY LOST PROFITS, LOST SAVINGS OR OTHER INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.
