Licence Agreement for WebStripper and PageNest.

You should carefully read the following terms and conditions
before using this software. Unless you have a different licence
agreement signed by Solent Software. By your use of this software
you indicate your acceptance of this licence agreement and
warranty.

You may not alter, disassemble, decompile, reverse engineer,
duplicate or create a derivative work with the same "look and
feel" or otherwise use the SOFTWARE except as stated in this
agreement.

This SOFTWARE must only be used under the conditions and on
operating systems for which the SOFTWARE was designed.

Sections applying to Free Edition

This software is provided free of charge for home/personal use and
for use by not for profit organisations and recognised education
establishments.

Sections applying to Evaluation (Trial) Version.

This software is available for evaluation purposes only. If you decide you
want to continue using at after a reasonable evaluation period you must
purchase a licence (or licences). See http://webstripper.net/buy.html for more information.

Some or all features may be permanently disabled or become disabled
after a period of use. You must not attempt to overcome the softwares
disabling of this/these feature(s).

Sections applying to registered (paid for) versions

You may install and use this softare in the same way you would a
book. I.e. you may install it on more that one machine, or use it
by more than one person provided no more than one copy of the software
is in use at any one time. If you have purchased multiple licences
then the number of licences is the limit of the number of simultaneous
users. It is your responsibility to ensure this limit is not breached.
If in doubt you should ensure you have as many licences as you have
installations of WebStripper/PageNest.

With your purchase of WebStripper Pro you will recieve various codes
(UserID, password, hash etc). These are unique to you and must not be disclosed to anybody else. If these codes are abused in any way we
reserve the right to terminate your licence to use WebStripper Pro.

The following sections apply to all versions/editions

Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of England.

Disclaimer of Warranty

THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND
WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY
OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. Because of the
various hardware and software environments into which WebStripper may
be put, NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS
OFFERED.

Good data processing procedure dictates that any program be
thoroughly tested with non-critical data before relying on it.
The user must assume the entire risk of using the program. ANY
LIABILITY OF THE SELLER WILL BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO PRODUCT
REPLACEMENT OR REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE.

The following section applies to the evaulation (trial) versions and
the Free Edition

Distribution

You may give exact copies of the original version to anyone;
and distribute the free version of the software and documentation
in its unmodified form via electronic means. There is no charge for
any of the above.

Permission is granted to reproduce the software provided you do not
charge more than a reasonable fee to cover the costs of packaging,
handling and distribution. If you wish to redistribute WebStripper or
PageNest we ask you to email details to webstripper@solentsoftware.com.
