and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual
property laws and treaties. "Bud Redhead - The Time Chase" is
licensed, not sold.


1. All title and copyrights in and to "Bud Redhead - The Time
Chase" (including but not limited to any data incorporated into
"Bud Redhead - The Time Chase") are owned by Bojan Urosevic
and Irena Urosevic.

2. The unregistered shareware version of "Bud Redhead -
The Time Chase" may be freely distributed, provided that the
original distribution package is not modified in ANY way.
No person or company may charge a fee for the distribution
of unregistered version of "Bud Redhead - The Time Chase"
without a written permission from the copyright holder.

3. Anyone may use "Bud Redhead - The Time Chase"
unregistered shareware version during a test period of
30 days. After this test period of 30 days, if you wish to
continue to use "Bud Redhead - The Time Chase", you
must register.

4. Once registered, the user is granted a license to use
the registered version of the "Bud Redhead - The Time Chase"
on three computers, namely: one home computer, one office
computer and one portable computer. You may install
registered version of "Bud Redhead - The Time Chase" on
your office computer and on your portable computer, only if
nobody, except you and members of your closest family,
will use the registered version of "Bud Redhead - The Time
Chase" on these two computers.

5. "Bud Redhead - The Time Chase", both registered and/or
unregistered versions, as well as personal registration/license
codes, may not be rented, sold, leased or offered on a pay-per-play basis.

6. You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell,
modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer,
or transfer the licensed program, or any subset of the licensed
program including your personal registration/license code,
except as provided for in this agreement. Any such unauthorized
use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this
license and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.

7. All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by the
authors and copyright holders, namely: Bojan Urosevic and Irena Urosevic.

8. "Bud Redhead - The Time Chase" is provided "AS IS" without
warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not
limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness
for a particular purpose.

9. YOU USE THIS SOFTWARE AT YOUR OWN RISK. In NO event
shall the authors and/or distributors be liable for any damages
whatsoever, including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential,
loss of business profits, loss of data, or special damages, even
if the authors and/or distributors have been advised of the possibility
of such damages.

10. Terms of this license do NOT apply to "MikWin" library which
may be freely distributed and used under the terms of the
GNU Lesser General Public License. (You can find the
GNU Lesser GPL in MikWin subdirectory.)

11. Installing and/or using "Bud Redhead - The Time Chase"
signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions of the license.

12. If you do not agree with the terms of this license you
must remove "Bud Redhead - The Time Chase" files from
your storage devices and stop using the product.
