skinable power manager for windows with a timer mode for logoff,shutdown,reboot and hibernate/standy mode.
configuration is easy and skins are limited only by teh authors imagination.

neoshut doesn`t use teh windows registry, thus preventing any uninstallation problems, this means you simply delete neoshut and it`s files which are held in teh same directory and voila, it`s gone.
it uses very little ram and there should have no problems starting,
eyeCandy is taken to teh next level on pre-windows xp systems as what you see in a skin`s screenshot or on one system is exactly what you get on every other system. that means a shutdown utility that is more customizable provides more features (timer,skins,etc.) than the standard shutdown manager that comes with windows xp,
want to have a go at creating your own skin, no problems.. all you need is a graphics editor.. www.gimp.org
