Diamond Creator – Website Creator

This is the license agreement for Diamond Creator ("Software"). Diamond Creator is for personal use only. The Software is free, which means that user doesn’t need to pay for it if the Software is not used commercially. BY INSTALLING, COPYING, OR OTHERWISE USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE LICENSE AGREEMENT.

The Software and all copyrights are owned by Wladyslaw Madejczyk (SwordMind.com) and is protected by copyright law and international copyright treaty. Therefore, you must treat this Software like any other copyrighted material (e.g., a book), except that you may either make one copy of the Software solely for backup or archival purposes or transfer the Software to a single hard disk provided you keep the original solely for backup or archival purposes.

You may not alter any of the programs or accompanying files without Wladyslaw Madejczyk (SwordMind.com) written permission. Any sale or commercial distribution of the Software is strictly prohibited, unless Wladyslaw Madejczyk (SwordMind.com) has given explicit written permission.

You have the right to use the Software as set forth in this licensing agreement. You are not obtaining title to the Software or any copyrights. You may not sublicense, rent, lease, convey, modify, translate, convert to another programming language, decompile, or disassemble the Software for any purpose.
