This TLK Games End-User License ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either as an individual or a single entity) and TLK Games S.A.R.L.
By loading, installing, running or otherwise using THE SOFTWARE product, by placing or copying the Software onto your hard drive, or by distributing the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. 1. THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed, not sold. 2.2. REGISTERED VERSION LICENSE
When you purchase the Software, you will receive the complete registered version and you agree not to distribute the registered version to others and to use it only for your own personal use. You may not rent, lease, or lend your complete registered version. Distributing or making more than one backup copy of your registered version is a breach of this EULA that will result in immediate and automatic termination of your license.
3. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TLK GAMES will not be liable for data loss, damages, loss of profits or any other kind of loss while using or misusing this software. This software and the accompanying files are sold and distributed "AS IS" and without warranties as to performance or merchantability or any other warranties whether expressed or implied.
4. UPGRADE POLICY
TLK GAMES fully supports its registered products and grants a time unlimited guaranty of delivery by download from its servers of any new release of the product.
