This is a legal Agreement between you (either an single individual or an entity, herein referred to as Licensee) and TTAnalytics (herein after referred to as Licensor). By installing this software (herein after referred to as Product), you indicate your acceptance of this Agreement.
TTANALYTICS EVALUATION LICENSE AGREEMENT
GRANT OF LICENSE.
Licensor grants you a non-exclusive royalty-free license to make as many copies of the Product accompanying this agreement as you want, solely to test and to evaluate the Product before you make the decision to purchase the Product.
You may use the accompanying Product free of charge for a period of 7 days for the sole purpose of evaluating the Product. If, after 7 days, you wish to continue using this Product, you are required to purchase it. In other case, you are required to remove this Product, in its entirety, from all computers on which it is installed.
You shall not use, copy, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the Product except as provided in this Agreement. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this Agreement.
You may transfer and distribute the Product in its unmodified form via electronic means to another persons so long as their use of the Product will be strictly for the purpose of evaluation.
You are specifically prohibited from charging, or requesting donations for copies of the Product, distributing the Product with any other products without Licensors prior written permission.
WARRANTY AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.
The Licensor hereby disclaims all warranties of any kind relating to the Product, whether express or implied, including without limitation any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The Licensee must assume the entire risk of using the Product.
Monitor hosts, shared resources, FTP and web servers, files, folders, free space, SNMP. Get MAC addresses, scan TCP and UDP ports, be notified when devices turn on or go down. Create network map and see your network`s state in visual form at any time
Inventory network computers, create asset database. View hardware and software configuration on the network computers, track changes, generate reports. Find out which processors are running in network computers, how much memory is installed, etc.
Always know whether or not your web site or other network services are up or down with 32bit Service Monitor. It will check your site or other services as often as you want it to- alerting, logging, and if you want, it will send you up-down emails.
