Form the best 8 cribbage hands you can using 16 cards to fill in a 4x4 grid. After you fill in the grid, a card is flipped over that becomes the 5th card to each of your 8 hands. These 8 hands are scored like Cribbage hands. If all 8 hands equal 55 or more, you survive to play another round otherwise the game is over. The more rounds you play per game, the more likely it is that you will make it on the high score list.
