END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between The Cage Complex ("TCC") and you. By loading or running the Software, by placing or copying the Software onto any media, or by distributing the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. These are the only terms by which TCC permits copying or use.

THE SOFTWARE - The Software licensed under this agreement is the computer program INSWAP, which consists of executable and media files.

GRANT OF LICENSE - TCC grants you the right to use the Software in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. You may not do any of the following: (a) modify, translate, disassemble, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based upon the Software; (b) tamper with, alter, disable or circumvent the Software`s built-in license verification and enforcement capabilities; (c) remove of alter any trademark, copyright, logo or other proprietary notices in the Software.

END USER RESPONSIBILITIES - You are entitled to use the Software for your own use, but you are not entitled to do any of the following: (a) rent, lease, or license the Software to other parties; (b) commercially exploit the Software in whole or in part such as at any location-based entertainment site or computer gaming center.

COPYRIGHT - The Software is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The Software is licensed, not sold. Your license confers no title or ownership in any part of the Software.

SHAREWARE EVALUATION - The Software may be obtained as try-before-you-buy software ("Unregistered Version") under the Shareware Evaluation terms of this EULA. These terms permit a Shareware Evaluation Period of the Unregistered Version. The Shareware Evaluation terms do not apply to the Registered Version of the Software. There is no fee for downloading or otherwise obtaining the Software for the purpose of Shareware Evaluation. You may not perform any action with the purpose of artificially extending the Evaluation Period beyond its initial term.

DISTRIBUTION OF THE UNREGISTERED VERSION - You may copy the Unregistered Version of this software as you wish, and give exact copies of the original Unregistered Version to anyone, and distribute the Unregistered Version of the Software in its unmodified form via electronic means. You may not charge or request donations for any such copies however made.

REGISTERED VERSION - Purchasing a Registration Key from TCC entitles you to continue using the Software after the Evaluation Period as a Registered Version of the Software. This Registration Key is personal to you. You may not sublicense, lease, sell or otherwise transfer the Registered Version to any other person. You agree to keep your Registration Key that you have purchased in a safe place, to be able to reinstall the Software in the future, if necessary and possible. You agree that we have no obligation to provide you with the replacement copy of your Registration Key. You also agree that the Registration Key may only enable the Registered Version according to one or both of the following situations: (a) entering Registration Key on the original computer described as the original system`s hard drive from where the Registration Key was bought; (b) registration from the same user name described as the "XP user name".

NO WARRANTY - The Software is provided by the copyright holders and contributors "as is" and any express or implied warranties, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are disclaimed. In no event shall the copyright owner or contributors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, procurement of substitute goods or services; loss of use, data, or profits; or business interruption) however caused and on any theory of liability, whether in contract, strict liability, or tort (including negligence or ortherwise) arising in any away out of the use of the Software, even if advised of the possibility of such damage.

TERM - The term of this license grant is perpetual. You may terminate this Agreement at any time by destroying all copies and Registrationn Key of the Software in your possession. Your license to use the Software will automatically terminate if you breach the terms of this Agreement.
You hereby acknowledge that you have read and understand this Agreement. By using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained herein.
