This legal document is an agreement between you, the end-user, and VIMAS Technologies. By using this software you accept the terms and conditions of this license agreement and warranty.
Registered Version
VIMAS Technologies grants you the license to use one (1) registered copy of Web Image Guru by a single person who uses the software personally on one or more computers, or installed on a single workstation used non-simultaneously by multiple people, but not both.
Copyright
Web Image Guru is owned by VIMAS Technologies or its suppliers and is protected by International copyright lows and international treaty provision. Therefore, Web Image Guru has to be treated like any other copyrighted material.
Disclaimer of Warranty
Web Image Guru and the accompanying files are sold «AS IS» and without any warranties as for performance of merchantability or any other warranties whether expressed or implied.
