VLFormDesigner is a an extremely easy to use form designer control. It will allow you to deliver a full fledged, feature rich form designer application with unbelievably small amount of code. With its extensive set of properties, methods and events, you will typically just be putting a form and menu wrapper on this control to deliver a form designer application.

VLFormDesigner allows resizing and repositioning of its contained controls using mouse as well as keyboard.
