VisioForge Video Capture SDK (Delphi Version)

VisioForge Video Capture SDK allows programmers to easily integrate video capturing and processing capabilities into their software applications. VisioForge Video Capture can play and capture video and audio streams from TV tuners, USB webcams, DV camcorders, PCI capture cards, USB capture devices and firewire cameras.
